You're on your way

Week one of the program is out of the way. I've issued a new version of the program this week to fix up some basic problems with the spreadsheet. Finally got that task out of the way!

Margaret and I want to know how come we can run 42.2 kms but still get puffed going up those hills today! (Now we can understand getting puffed if we only ran 42 kms but you think the extra 200m would make all the difference!)
