Fab Five ... where are you!

I went to the North Head 10k today. I looked and looked, but no Fab Five. Peter was there, but no Fab Five. Ted was there, but no Fab Five. Pauline was there, but no Fab Five. I was going to shine the special Fab Five Bat light "F5F" on the clouds, but there was only blue sky. It was a beautiful morning. I loved the start. Being in that 200+ pack with my racing bib on behind elite runners (for a few seconds) before they moved away as I eased myself into the run.

I hope that everyone is OK and that I'll see you all tomorrow for the Balmain Basket so we can weave our way through the Streets of Balmain.

Still on board ... did a slow 10k training. Had my daughter's 17 birthday party last night but I'm getting ready to head off in a few minutes. I'll be there - with my new strider shirt :)
Let's hit the road for another 30k ...

Hi Guys,

Great to meet you all properly this morning after the 30k. How good was that post run coffee, but how hard was it getting up off those chairs?
Thanks for the advice re: sore nipples too. Now I can appreciate what Adrienne has been going on about all these years.
Have a great week and spot you all next Sunday.
